IT WAS A DOOZEE
Well, Court was noticably empty this week. All told, there were
ten Companions (and one Eggbert) in attendence. Everyone else was
either off fighting at the front or still getting over J.P.'s "special
cocktail."
A NEW SQUIRE!
Sirrah Lorath attended his first full Court as a Companion AND a squire.
He regaled the Court with the tale of how the Regal Beagles got the antidote
for J.P.'s Special Cocktail, administered it to all the Companions, defeated
the ex-gardener and his minions in hand-to-hand Kombat, AND passed their
map test, all in one night! Damsels Liliandra and Aurelia were unavailable
for comment about the undergarments they were apparently passing out to
anyone who asked, or the fact that Liliandra was "giving it up" quite freely
as well.
*sigh* I miss being a page....
GAWAINITE TOURNEY
Sir Danzig announced this week that he would be holding a Gawanite
tournament two weeks from this Sunday, in lieu of the "usual" Bloodbowl
game. The tournament is open to all those who would bash heads and
spill blood in the name of a good time.
FANGORN FUNERAL?
The king announced this e'en that there is a price on former Companion
Fangorn Flynneral's head, for all the nasty stuff he's apparently done
under the influence of a Mysterious black-clad stranger (Sir Aeric was
unavailable for comment). The king explained that the bounty was
merely a lure to get the Crimson Avenger to come back to the Court, but
everyone had left to get their weapons and bloodhounds and didn't hear
him. Oh, well...good luck, Mr. Crimsy, wherever you are!
