May 1st, O.P. XXIII
Following the mass exodus of regents from their positions of power, the Companions did vote upon who would replace them this week.  The results were as follows:

                   SOVEREIGN: Sir Mordecaii Dragonsbane
                   PREMIER: Paladin Aeric Bannier Caerna
                   HERALD: Dame Duck IaGondol
                   SENESCHAL: Ohmahlourd F-f-f-fritz
GRAND KNIGHT: Lord Paladin Galchauren Dragonsbane
HIGH DRUIN: Marquessa Catalyn Lauralansa Dragonsbane Caerna

It was decided that Coronation will take place the following week in Court, which will be held in F-f-f-fritz' restaurant in honor of the new regents.

Sirrah Vox reported finding 2-300 more of the supposed immigrants from the now-defunct Blue Dimension in Barden over the weekend.  The pale, lethargic folk were discovered in various buildings and homes in the earldom when the residents returned there this weekend.  Lady Moira stated that she would see to organizing the various other hospitals in the land to care for these strangely afflicted people.

Lord Ptolomei revealed that he had returned to Warwick to help care for his bethrothed's father, who was ill.  Now that he has passed on and his estate squared away, we should be seeing more of the PMZ in the future.  As a tribute to the recently departed (as well as a requirement for Lancelot), Lord Ptolomei read a prayer in Hebrew before the Court.

A message from Damsel Zoelle informed the Court that her home, the Emerald City in the north, has been overrun by bandits, and that her husband, Lord Bisquewik, has been kidnapped by them.  She asked the Companions for their aid, which is to be sent shortly.  Zoelle herself promised to be in Court next week.

Having recently completed the first level of Lancelot, the ever-ambitious Mudd declared his intentions to complete the first level of Merlin this e'en.

Paladin Aeric passed out invitations to his Undersea Masquerade Ball this weekend, held to commemorate the grand opening of the Aquitanian Museum of History and Culture in Lankhmar.  The museum is located in the former Aquitanian Embassy and Visitor's Center.

Commodore Thaddeus Rex of the Wiltshire Navy reported to the Court tonight that their ships stand ready in Lankhmar Harbor, to be used at the sovereign's discretion.  This comes as a great relief, for Warwick has been without a noteworthy navy since the rogue Admiral Mollari left with the Black Fleet several years ago.

Thomas "the Easter Bunny" Moore complained of near-constant attacks on his person recently for his supernatural ability to produce chocolate out of thin air.  He requested that he be given some guards to protect him from those who would mug the Easter Bunny.

General Deans, conquerer of a number of lands unknown to Warwick, visited the Court this e'en to express his "interest" in Warwick.  Exactly what form that interest took was not clear, but given the frivolous nature of the Court that e'en, the general quickly took offense to his treatment at the hands of the Companions.  Paladin Aeric led the general out of the Court to arrange a guided tour of the lands for him.
